Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website and the professional services provided by Arksou LLC.

01Who we are

Arksou LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. References to "Arksou", "we", or "us" mean Arksou LLC.

02Services

Arksou builds and sells AI-powered software products — SaaS web applications and mobile apps, sold by subscription and one-time purchase — and provides enterprise AI consulting, AI model integration, and custom software development to business clients. Arksou also owns and operates direct-to-consumer ecommerce stores. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any professional services engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over these general terms.

03Proposals, fees, and payment

Fees are quoted in US dollars and invoiced according to the schedule in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, project work is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery, and invoices are payable within 15 days by credit or debit card, ACH, or bank transfer. Card and invoice payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details on our servers. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

04Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Software product subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual — at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@arksou.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then and no further charges are made. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Client responsibilities

For professional services engagements, clients agree to provide timely access to the information, personnel, and systems reasonably required for an engagement, and confirm they have the right to share any material they provide to us.

06Intellectual property

For professional services engagements, upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client belong to that client. Arksou retains ownership of pre-existing methods, tools, and know-how, and grants the client a non-exclusive license to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Software products remain the property of Arksou and are licensed, not sold, under the terms presented at purchase.

07Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information received during an engagement and use it only for the purposes of that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

08Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arksou's aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

09Governing law

These terms and any engagement with Arksou LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
