AI software we build, ship, and operate

We design and operate our own AI-powered products — SaaS web applications and mobile apps for iOS and Android — sold worldwide through subscriptions and one-time purchases via Stripe, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. The first products launch in Q4 2026.

02 — Enterprise Consulting

Scoped engagements with defined deliverables

We take enterprises from isolated AI experiments to production capability. Engagements run in fixed phases — diagnosis, roadmap, pilot implementation, and adoption — each with written deliverables, success criteria, and a fixed fee agreed before work begins. Model selection and AI integration, including access through AWS Bedrock and other enterprise platforms, are delivered inside the engagement.

Opportunity diagnosis

A structured assessment of workflows, data, and constraints that identifies valuable scenarios and a realistic implementation order.

Strategy and roadmap

Objectives, governance, responsibilities, and a phased plan leadership can commit to and track.

03 — Ecommerce

Direct-to-consumer stores, owned and operated by us

We run our own online stores for customers worldwide. Our first store, arksoutoys.com, sells children's educational toys and plush dolls; additional stores in household goods and furniture are planned. AI-assisted operations keep content, customer service, and logistics coordination efficient. Each store operates its own checkout and order processing.
