Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for Arksou software products and professional services.
01Scope
This policy applies to software products and professional services purchased directly from Arksou LLC. Our direct-to-consumer stores, including arksoutoys.com, operate their own return and exchange policies, published on each store.
02Software subscriptions
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, no reason required. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
03How to cancel a subscription
Cancel from the account settings inside the product, or email contact@arksou.com from the address associated with the subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately — you do not need to contact your bank.
04One-time purchases
One-time software purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase where the product has not been substantially used or downloaded in full.
05Professional services
For consulting, development, and AI integration engagements, the kickoff deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Phases that have not yet started are refundable in full on written notice. Delivered phases are settled according to the signed agreement.
06How to request a refund
Email contact@arksou.com with your order number or invoice number and a short description of the request. We reply within 2 business days.
07Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
08Before opening a dispute
If you do not recognise a charge or are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first at contact@arksou.com. We resolve most refund requests within two business days, which is faster than a bank dispute. Charges from Arksou appear on your card statement as ARKSOU.
09Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page applies to purchases made while it is in effect. Questions can be sent to contact@arksou.com.
